Qrooz has a "loft style" main floor and a standard 3-room layout with bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. 2e bathroom or toilet is optional.
Qrooz is equipped with a B1 Bulthaup kitchen with Siemens appliances, the bathroom and toilet are tiled with Royal Mosa tiles and equipped with Duravit sanitary. The walls and ceilings are finished with natural Birch plywood and the floors are also tiled with Royal Mosa. This standard can off course be individualized to your wishes.
The technical installations are from top brands and chosen for high comfort, low maintenance and sustainability. Steyr, Hempel, Sidepower, Victron, Viessmann, Jaga are some of these brands.
